Salmon Burger
Ingredients: 1tbsp Salt, 2tbsp Garlic Powder, 2tbsp Creole Seasoning, 2tbsp Cajun Seasoning, 1tbsp Adobo, 3tbsp Cali’s Blackened Rub, Buttermilk, Salmon, Texas Pete Hotsauce, Flour, Cornstarch, Fish Fry Start off with a clean filet of salmon. If not already, cut the salmon into burger sized squares to fit your buns. In a bowl season with salt, garlic powder, creole seasoning, Cajun seasoning, adobo, and cali’s blackened rub. Mix everything together to be sure all seasoning is covering all pieces of salmon evenly. Once everything is evenly coated in the same bowl pour in your buttermilk until all of your salmon is covered and follow it up with five dashes of your favorite hotsauce, i chose Texas Pete. Give it a good shake, then place in the fridge for a minimum of 30 mins.
Dry mix: 3 cups of flour, 1/2 a cup of cornstarch, 1 cup of your favorite seafood fry mixture, 2tbsp Cajun Seasoning After 30 minutes take out your salmon remove your filets and toss them in your dry mixture, fry in your oil of choosing, and ENJOY!
